About Me
I am a licensed psychologist passionate about providing a grounded, nonjudgmental space to support people in reconnecting with their bodies and their truest self. Based in Marin County, I offer both in-person sessions at my office in Corte Madera and virtual therapy sessions throughout California.​

Before opening my private practice, I worked with people across a range of clinical settings, including university counseling centers, community outpatient clinics, and specialized eating disorder treatment programs. These experiences shaped an approach that integrates relational and depth-oriented therapies with practical strategies for coping with overwhelm and distress.

Over the years, I've developed specialties and love for working with people with anxiety, eating disorders, and the struggles that can arise throughout pregnancy and the transition into of motherhood.
I believe we all contain the wisdom within us to continually heal and grow. It is a joy to be able to support others in discovering and appreciating more of who they are and moving toward a life that feels aligned.
